Affiliate Program Terms

The Program
The affiliate program lets approved participants earn a commission by referring new customers to us through a personal referral link. Applications are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion, and we may decline any application without giving a reason.
Commissions & Payment
You earn a one-time commission for each qualifying referred purchase, at the rate we communicate to you upon approval. Commissions are paid via PayPal commercial payout after the referred customer’s build fee has been paid and a safety-review window has passed. You must maintain a valid PayPal account to receive payment. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on the commissions you receive.
Qualifying Referrals
Only new customers qualify — someone who does not already have an account or relationship with us. A referral is attributed to you when the customer reaches us through your referral link within the attribution window. We pay one commission per referred site.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not: refer yourself, accounts you control, or purchases you fund; bid on our brand or trademark keywords in paid search; engage in cookie stuffing; send spam or unsolicited bulk promotion; or misrepresent your relationship with us, our pricing, or our offers. Violations may result in withheld commissions and removal from the program.
Required Disclosure
Wherever you promote us, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to us, in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement guidelines.
Trademarks
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our name and logo solely to promote the affiliate program. This license ends when your participation in the program ends.
Withholding & Reversal
We may withhold, reverse, or refuse commissions for suspected fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or any violation of these terms.
Relationship
You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and us.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. Any legitimately earned, verified commissions still outstanding at termination are paid out through the normal review process.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued participation after we give notice of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Contracting Entity & Governing Law
These terms are an agreement between you and HV Ventures ("we," "us"), the operator of ReadyCraft Sites and the SuperCharge affiliate program. They are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
